Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are primary healthcare professionals who assess and treat conditions related to the musculoskeletal and associated systems. We work with a wide range of individuals, including those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or seeking support through different stages of life—including prenatal and postpartum care in which we have pregnancy specific pillows to make your treatment even dreamier.

At Okanagan Sage Wellness Group, our RMTs incorporate a variety of techniques tailored to your needs, including relaxation massage, prenatal care, manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and myofascial release. Each session includes a health interview, assessment, informed consent, hands-on treatment, re-assessment, and customized home care recommendations. Hands-on time may vary based on clinical priorities.

To make your experience easier, we offer direct billing to most extended health benefit plans. Please complete your health history form before your initial visit to help us provide safe, effective, and personalized care right from the start.
