I was raised in the Kootenays and moved to Vernon in my early twenties to pursue my education at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT), graduating in 2010. Shortly after, I relocated to Chilliwack, where I opened my first clinic, The Healing Oak, and spent five rewarding years building a thriving practice.
In 2016, I returned to the Okanagan to reconnect with the lifestyle and community I love. Shortly after, I opened Okanagan Sage Wellness Group—a clinic rooted in the values of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside of the clinic, life keeps me busy with my son, daughter, and our golden retriever. I also maintain a home-based practice in Falkland, BC.
